Age Limit: Age of the applicants must be between 21 years to 38 years. Age relaxation for reserved category is applicable as per the norms of Government.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a possession of a required Medical qualification included in the 1st or 2nd schedule or Part-II of the 3rd schedule.
Application Fee: Rs.200/- for General and OBC category candidates and Rs.50/- for SC/ST category candidates.
