Eligibility Conditions:
1.Under Secretary Post: Officials under Autonomous Organizations governed by Central Government and holding analogous post on permanent basis.
2. For Section Officer: Officials under Autonomous Organizations governed by Central Government on regular basis and following rules/ procedures/ pay scale of government of India.
