Eligibility Criteria for Jharkhand Junior Engineer Combined Competitive Exam 2014
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 19 years to 37
years as on 01-08-2014. Age relaxation for SC/ST/ Womens/OBC candidates as per
the norms of Government.
Selection Procedure: Selection of the candidates will be
depending upon their performance in 3 stages, candidates who will successfully
qualify all the three stages will become eligible for the post. Three stages of
examination are: Preliminary Exam, Main Exam and Interview.
Educational Qualification:
- For Junior Engineer (Roads Construction Department): Candidates must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Equivalent
- For Junior Engineer (Water Resources Department): Diploma in Civil Engineering or Equivalent
- For Junior Engineer (Drinking Water and Sanitation Department): Diploma in Civil Engineering or Equivalent
- For Junior Engineer (Drinking Water and Sanitation Department) (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Examination Fee: Rs.500/- for General category candidates
and Rs.125/- for SC/ST category candidates
