The Directorate General of Quality Assurance (DGQA), working under Department of Defence Production, has advertised the notice for recruitment of various Non-Gazetted Posts of Civilian Motor Driver (CMD), Multi Tasking Staff (MTS), Technician and Bearer on probation basis in General Central Service Group ‘C’ other details DGQA Kanpur Recruitment 2015 are given below:

Eligibility Criteria for DGQA Kanpur Recruitment 2015
Pay Scale:
- For Civilian Motor Driver Post: Rs 5200 – 20200/- Plus Rs 1900/- (Grade Pay)
- For All Other Posts: Rs 5200 – 20200/- Plus Rs 1800/- (Grade Pay)
Age Limit:
- For Civilian Motor Driver(Ordinary Grade), Technician (Semi-Skilled): Age of the candidates must be between 18-27 years.
- For Multi Tasking Staff (Security), Bearer: Age of the candidate must be between 18-25 year.
Educational Qualification:
- CMD (Ordinary Grade): 10th Class pass with knowledge of motor mechanics, professional skills in driving and holding valid permanent driving license for driving heavy vehicles & cars.
- MTS (Security): Matriculation/ 10th Standard pass from recognized board.
- Technician (Semi-Skilled): Matriculation with ITI passes Certificate in Fitter, Carpenter, Electrician, Mechanist, Turner or similar Defence Services Tradesman Course.
- Bearer: 10th Class passes with possessing diploma/ certificate in catering.
Selection Process: Selection of the candidates will be based on Written Test/ Trade Test/ Interview
