Eligibility Criteria for WBPDCL Recruitment 2014-2015
Application Fee: Rs.300/- for General and OBC category candidates, No fee for SC/ST/EC/Eligible WBPDCL workers as they are exempted to pay any fee.
Mode of Payment: Candidates can pay their application fee through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking or through Bank Challan Form in any State Bank of India Branch.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on following criteria:
- For Trainee Operator / Technician, Assistant Sub Inspector (Security), Nurse cum Midwife, Security Officer: Written Test and Personal Interview.
- For Assistant Manager (PS) and Assistant Manager (Legal): Written Test, Group Discussion and Interview
- For Assistant Teacher: Written Test, Class Demo and Personal Interview For Stenographer: Written Test, Trade Test and Personal Interview
- For Office Executive: Written Test, Computer Proficiency Test and Interview
