ITBP Head Constable Recruitment 2014:229 Posts

Indo-Tibetian Border Police Force (ITBP), Ministry of Home Affairs announced the recruitment notice in public interest for the post of Head Constable in Telecommunication for General Central Service Group ‘C’ (Non Ministerial) on temporary basis.  There are total 229 posts, candidates can apply by sending their applications on or before 24-10-2014. Eligibility Criteria for ITBP Head Constable Recruitment 2014

Age Limit: Age of the candidates must be between 18 years to 25 years as on 24-10-2014. Age relaxation is applicable only for reserved category as per the norms.

Pay Scale: Pay Band-1, Rs. 5200-20200 Plus Grade Pay Rs. 2400 (PB – 1).

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of performance of the candidates in Physical Standard Test, Written Test and Interview, Medical Examination all the details of test will be announced by the authorities through the leading news papers or through official website of ITBP.

Written Exam: Exam will be of Objective Type of 100 Marks, There will be total 100 questions and questions are based on:

1. General English
2. General Hindi
3. General Awareness
4. Quantitative Aptitude Test
5. Simple Reasoning

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have minimum qualification of 10+2 pass with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with 45% marks. Or 10th Class pass from a recognized Board with two years Industrial Training Institute Certificate in Electronics or Electrical or Computer, Or 10th Class pass from a recognized Board with Science (PCM) and with three years Diploma in Electronics or Communication or Instrumentation or Computer Science or Information Technology or Electrical.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.50/- as their application fee. SC/ST/Ex Servicemen candidates are exempted to pay any fee.

Mode of Payment: Candidates can pay their fee through Central Recruitment Fee Stamp (CRFS) stamps which are available in all Post Offices.
