UPCMET 2015 MBBS Admit Card, Duplicate Admit Card & Helpline No
Uttar Pradesh Unaided Medical Colleges Welfare Association is going to conduct the Uttar Pradesh Medical Entrance Test for the admission in MBBS course for academic session 2015-16 on 30th May 2015. Selection of the candidates will be depending upon their performance in UPCMET Entrance Test. For entrance test candidates need their UPCMET 2015 MBBS Admit Card.
UPCMET 2015 MBBS Admit Card will be available for download from the website www.upumcwa.org by 15th May 2015.
In case of non receipt of the same, one week before the scheduled exam date candidates are advised to visit the official website www.upumcwa.org to find their Center/Roll No with the help of their Application Form Number or candidates may also contact to the UPCMET Helpline No- 91+9897600270 or Coordinator’s Mobile No.+91-9412761020.
How to Get UPCMET MBBS Duplicate Admit Card 2015: Candidates can get UPCMET MBBS Duplicate Admit Card 2015 one day before the Scheduled Examination Date from 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. at the examination
centre opted by the students but not on the date of examination.
For duplicate admit card candidates should contact to the observer UPUMCWA at the exam center along with:
- 2 passport size photographs
- Rs.100/- as fee of duplicate card
- Photocopy of Application Form along with Application Form No
- Proof of submitting the application form
- Proof of identity
