Applications are invited from Male & Female category candidates for the recruitment of ASI (RM), HC (RO) and HC (Fitter) in Boarder Security Force. There are total 496 posts. Candidates can apply on or before 07-07-2014 other details are given below:
Eligibility Criteria for BSF ASI (RM),HC (RO & Fitter)Recruitment 2014
Age Limit:
- For General category: Age must be between 18 to 25 years as on 07-07-2014
- For OBC Category: 18 to 28 years as on 07-07-2014
- For SC/ST Category: 18 to 30 years as on 07-07-2014
Educational Qualification:
ASI (RM): Candidates must be Matric with 3 year Diploma in Radio and TV Technology or Electronics or Telecommunication or Computer or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Domestic Appliances from recognized Institute. Or 10+2 with 50% Marks with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from recognized Board.
HC (RO): Matriculation or equivalent and 2 years Industrial Training Certificate in radio and TV or Electronics or Intermediate or 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
HC (Fitter): Matriculation or equivalent and 2 years Industrial Training Certificate in Engine Fitter or Diesel Mechanic or Automobile or Motor Mechanic or 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Selection Method: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Exam, Preliminary Screening, Physical Efficiency Test, Dictation Test (for HC (RO) only) and Personal Interview.
Application Fee: Rs.50/- for General and OBC category candidates, SC/ST category candidates are exempted to pay any fee.
Payment Mode: Candidates can pay their fee through Crossed Bank Draft/ Indian Postal Order in favor of Inspector General/ DIG/Comdt payable at SBI /Post office.
