Name of the Post: Circle Inspector

Pay Scale: PB:2- 9300- 34800, Grade Pay- 4200
Educational Qualification: Candidate must be Graduate or equivalent from recognized University or Institute and also must have 10 years experience in respective field as an Revenue Employee.
Application Fee: Candidates belong from General and OBC category have to pay Rs. 375/- and for Bihar Residents SC/ST category candidates application fee is Rs.100/-.
Note: Candidates who belong to other states (except Bihar) from any category have to pay Rs. 375/- as application fee.
Mode of Payment: Candidates can pay their Application Fee for the post of Circle Inspector in the form of online generated Challan in any branch of State Bank of Indian on or before 11-03-2014.
Selection Process Circle Inspector: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Examination conducted by Bihar Staff Selection Commission.
Examination will be of Objective Type containing two parts each of 100 marks. Question paper will be in English/Hindi.
- Paper I: Questions will be based on: General Knowledge, General Science, Constitution of India, and questions related to the development of India.
- Paper II: Questions will be based on some adhiniyams. Refers official notification.
