Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has announced the vacancies of Sub Inspectors of Excise. After the submission of online application forms candidates required their admission letters for Preliminary Examination. Candidates can download the same from the link given below 10 days before the examination date. 

How to Download Sub Inspector of Excise Admission Letter 2015: 

• First go to the link mentioned below 
• Then click on the button by which you applied, 
• Online/Offline 
• Online applied candidates provide your ‘user id’ and ‘password’ 
• Offline applied candidates: fill advt. no, Select Post Name- sub inspector Excise, Fill your Name and DOB and click on submit. 
• Then click on “Download Admit Card” 
• Take a print out because candidates will have to produce this at the time of examination. 

Note: No admission letter/ call letter will be dispatched by post to any candidates by the side of commission.

Plan of Examination: 

1. Preliminary Examination: 100 Marks, Duration 1 hr (Qualifying only). 

2. Main Written Exam: 2 Papers: 

a) General English & Odia Language- 100 Marks, Duration- 2 hrs 

b) General Studies: 100 Marks, Duration- 1 hr 

3- Physical Test: Qualifying Only 4- Viva- voce/ Interview: 24 Marks
