MP PSC State Service Examination 2014 Online Application

Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission had given notification for State Service Exam for the recruitment in different department in the state. Candidates can apply online for this recruitment after checking their eligibility.

Second Grade 

1. General Administration Department 

a. Sub Collector – 5 Nos. 

2. Police Department 

a. Deputy Superintendent of Police – 30 Nos. 

3. Jail Department

a. Superintendent, District Jail – 5 Nos. 

4. Commercial Tax Department 

a. Commercial Tax Officer – 5 Nos. 

b. District Registrar – 1 No. 5.

District Administration & Development Department 

a. Chief Municipal Officer (Group B) – 16 Nos. 

6. Public Relations Department 

a. Assistant Director – 9 Nos. 

7. Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Protection Department 

a. Assistant Director, District Supply Officer – 2 Nos.

8. Women & Child Development Department 

a. Assistant Director – 36 Nos. 

b. Child Development Project Officer – 14 Nos. 

9. Transport Department

Third Grade (Executive)

1. Jail Department

4. District Administration & Development Department

Age limit: As on 1.01.14 

• Deputy Superintendent of Police – 20 yrs to 25 yrs 
• District Excise Officer – 21 yrs to 25 yrs 
• Sub Inspector Excise – 20 yrs to 30 yrs 
• Superintendent District Jail – 21 yrs to 30 yrs 
• Assistant Jail Superintendent – 18 yrs to 30 yrs 
• For all the other posts, age of the candidates should be in between 21 yrs to 40 yrs 

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from recognized University/Institute.

Selection Procedure:

1. Preliminary Exam – Objective Type 

Paper 1: General Studies, 10 am to 12 noon (2 hours) 

Paper 2: General Aptitude Test, 2 pm to 4 pm (2 hours) 

2. Mains Exam – Descriptive Type 

3. Interview 

Candidates need to clear each stage to qualify for successive round. 

Application fee: 

SC, ST, OBC resident of MP – Rs. 90/- 

General and non-resident of MP, any category – Rs. 180/-

Portal charge – Rs. 40/- (additional charge)

• Click “Citizen Services” 
• Then click on “Application” and click “MPPSC Indore” button 
• Click on “Click here to Open Application Form” 
• Fill the online form 
• Pay the examination fee 
• Take print out of application form 

Important dates: 

• Online Application: From 5.01.14 (12 noon) to 4.02.14 
• Editing in submitted application: From 15.01.14 to 6.02.14 (Rs. 50/- will be charged for the same) 
• Download MPPSC Admit Card – from 21.03.14 to 11.04.14 
• Exam date: on 13.04.14
