• Age: 30 yrs 
• Education: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engg Mechanical/Electrical 
• Relevant Experience: 1 yr 

Medical Officer (Grade A) – Post Code 02: 20 posts 

• Age: 32 yrs 
• Education: MS/MD in respective discipline 
• Relevant Experience: 2 yrs 

Quality Control Officer (Grade A) – Post Code 03: 17 Posts 

• Age: 30 yrs 
• Education: Ph.D. Chemistry 
• Relevant Experience: 2 yr 

Human Resource Officer (Grade A) – Post Code 04: 32 Posts 

• Age: 30 yrs 
• Education: PG Diploma/Degree in HR/Personnel Mgt/Industrial Relation/Social Work Relevant 
• Experience: 2 yr 

Assistant Officer (Health, Safety & Environment) - (Grade A0) – Post Code 05: 50 Posts 

• Age: 30 yrs 
• Education: Chemical/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical 
• Relevant Experience: 2 yr 

Assistant Hindi Officer (Grade A0) – Post Code 06: 11 Posts

Selection Procedure 

• For post code 03 to code 06: Written Exam, Group Discussion & Personal Interview 
• For post code 01 & 02: Only personal interview 

Application Fee: For General and OBC candidates Rs. 300/- in the form of DD from SBI favoring to Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (Refineries Division) payable at New Delhi. Other categories are exempted from the examination fees.
