West Bengal PSC Recruitment Exam for Assistant Engineer (Civil)
West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) has delivered a notification for the recruitment of temporary post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) in Engineering Department. There are total 185 vacancies. Candidates can send their applications on or before 21-01-2014.

Eligibility
Age:
Candidate’s age should be not more than 32 years as on 01-01-2013.
Relaxation in age as per the norms of Government.
Educational Qualification:
Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized University or equivalent qualifications.
Ability to read, write and speak Bengali Language.
Application Fee:
- Rs.210/- for General and OBC category candidates.
- SC/ST/PWD candidates of West Bengal are exempted from fee.
- Fee should be paid only by Indian Postal Order crossed and endorsed to the Secretary, Public Service Commission, West Bengal or
- By a receipted challan from a Govt. Treasury in West Bengal or the Reserve Bank of India, Kolkata under the head “0051-00-105-State PSC Examination fees-001-Examination fees-16 other fees”.
- The Postal Orders should be made payable at G.P.O., Kolkata.
Selection Procedure:
On the basis of performance in Written Examination and Interview.
