Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)
declared a notification for the recruitment of Geologist. Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Examination and
Interview.

UPSC Geologists e-Admission Certificate 2015 After the successful
completion of application form, candidates required their admit cards. For more
information log in www.admitcard-recruitment-result.in.Candidates
may download their e-admission certificates from 02-05-2015 Certificates will be uploaded on the official website
of UPSC www.upsc.gov.in
If commission will not receive any
communication by the side of candidate before two weeks regarding non receiving
of admit card, commission will not entertained that cases in any condition.
Important
Note:
- Commission will not send any paper based admit card to any candidate.
- Without admit card, entry is prohibited in the examination center in any case.
Written
Examination: Written Examination will be consisting
900 Marks. Detail is:
- General English - 100 marks,
- Geology Paper I - 200 marks
- Geology Paper II - 200 marks
- Geology Paper III - 200 marks
- Hydrogeology - 200 marks
Interview:
Candidates who will qualify the written exam will be called for interview/
personality test, consisting 200 marks.
Final
Selection: Final selection is based on the performance of the
aspirants in written exam and interview. After the above process merit list
will be published of finally selected candidates.

- Scheduled date for Notification: 07.02.2015
- Last date for Online Registration: 06.03.2015
- Date for download Admit Card: 3 weeks before commencement of examination (02-05-2015)
- Date of Written Exam: 23-05-2015
