RRC Chennai Recruitment 2013-2014 : 5450 Group D Vacancies

Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Chennai has circulated a notification for the recruitment of 5450 numbers of vacancies of Group – D Positions. Candidates who are eligible may give their application through online mode from 21^st Sept’13 to 21^st Oct’13. Also, those candidates who are sending their application manually and living in far areas, their application last date is 5^th Nov.’13.

• Safaiwala Medical: 132 Nos.
• Store Khalasi Stores: 92 Nos.
• Helper WS (M): 757 Nos.
• Helper WS (E): 107 Nos.
• Helper TMU: 261 Nos.
• Peon/Mali/ Sanitary Cleaner/ Vendor/ Helper Gr. II: 252 Nos.
• Track Maintainer Gr. IV: 13 Nos.

Eligibility –

Education Qualification: Minimum 10^th Pass or ITI or equivalent

Age Limit: Age between 18 years to 33 years for General, relaxation in age is applicable as per Indian Government rule.

Selection Procedure: 

1. Written Examination
2. Physical Efficiency Test
3. Medical Examination.

Application Fee: Rs.100/- (SC, ST, Ex- Serviceman, PWD, Women, Minorities & EBC are exempted from the application fee) in the form of D D from SBI or its Associates in favor of –

Assistant Personnel Officer, Recruitment, RRC, Chennai – 600008 and Payable at Chennai.

How to Apply for RRC Chennai Recruitment 2013-2014:

1. Open www.iroams.com, click “Go”
2. Select language and click the box before “yes” and then “Click to Fill New Application Form”
3. In the next page, read the declaration carefully and click the box before “yes” and then “Proceed to Fill Application Form”
4. Fill the required details as desired in the application form.
   Give One Time Password (OTP) which was sent in the form of a SMS to your mobile.
   Take Pre – Print out of the Challan form SBI, Indian Bank or Post Office.
   Take the Print out of Acknowledgement card.
5. For online application, it is essential that the candidates have to keep their certificates, valid email ID and phone number with them before starting the application process.
