NTSE Exam 2016 Syllabus and Exam Pattern
The National Talent Search Exam is organized by the NCERT and
this examination is based on the Course of Class 6th to 10th. The exam consist
the questions of General Knowledge of main subject like Mathematics, Science
and Social Science. This exam of NTSE is divided into two main categories as:
Mental Ability Test (MAT): The Metal Ability Test is checks the
ability of mind of Students. This Test is based on the questions of Numeric,
Verbal, Visual Types such of Geometry, Series, Sequence, Venn diagram and
Puzzles type Questions. MAT consist the 50 Questions and 50 Marks and the
Duration for MAT is 45 Minutes.
Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT): The Scholastic Ability Test is
based on the class subjects as Mathematics, Science and Social Science. SAT contains
the general questions of these subjects. The number of Question in SAT is 100
and it carry the 100 Marks and time period is 90 Minute for SAT. It also consist
a Language Test. This language test contains the 50 Questions of 50 marks
in time period of 45 Minutes.
There is no negative marking in the both paper.
