disciplines. There are several vacancies.
CIL Management Trainee (MT) 2016 Result: After examination
candidates are waiting for their CIL Management Trainee Result 2016.
Candidates can see their result on the official website of CIL.Candidates must have their Roll Number and some basic information
to check the result of CIL Management Trainee 2016. After Written exam result
personal interview will be conducted by CIL.

Selection Process:
Candidates who will qualify the written examination will be selected for Personal Interview and called in the ratio of 1:3 (3 candidates called against
1 vacancy).
Qualifying criteria in the Written Test

Pay Scale:
candidates who will be selected placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade and
their pay scale will be of Rs. 20,600 - 46,500 initial Basic of Rs.20,600/-
during training. Candidates who will successfully complete the training and pass
the test will get scale pay of Rs.
24,900 - 50,500. Besides basic pay, candidates will also get other benefits
like: Dearness Allowance, HRA, and allowances under cafeteria and other
allowances as applicable for the post of MT.
Posting: Candidates who will be selected may be
posted anywhere in Coal India Limited.
Service Agreement Bond: Selected
candidates are required to serve the company for a min. period of 60 months.
Medical Examination: Before
joining selected candidates will have to pass initial medical examination by
the company.
Personal Interviews:
List of candidates who will be shortlisted for interview will be published on
the website of company and they will
be informed about the time and venue. The interview call letters of the
candidates also required to be down loaded/printed from the company website on
the announcement of interview schedule.

ReplyDeleteThanks for your patience and your dedication. We are following up with CIL regarding the Result of MT exam held on 22nd July 2012. We have found that CIL have invited resubmission of application for notified candidates. After this process CIL will scrutinize and publish the list of successful candidates for interview.

ReplyDeleteSo now that the MT exam for resubmitted candidates would be held on 14th of October, are the results probably be declared only in Oct end....??.wish ol d very best to ol of us who appeared for exam.
